Bring Your Own AI

This is where a modern system starts to pull away. Instead of having people in finance, HR and operations spend their time pulling reports and combining spreadsheets, connect your own Claude or ChatGPT account to your FlexWash data. Bring available reports together, analyze what changed, and turn the results into a useful summary so your team can focus on the decisions that matter.

Examples depend on the reports available through your connection. Review AI outputs before payroll, billing or other business decisions.

Requires a FlexWash admin account and an AI plan that supports custom connections. Access is read-only and limited to your permitted data and sites, with up to 30 reports per minute and 1,000 per day. Review your AI provider’s data settings before connecting.

Tip Pool Reporting

A clearer view of tips, right in Time Clock.

We’ve added a Tip Pool report to the Time Clock section. See how tips are allocated alongside hours worked, so your team has a clear view of who received what. The report brings tip shares and earnings into one place, making the numbers easier to review.

The report shows pools split equally or by hours worked, with cash tips included when entered.

For companies that offer a tip wage, the report also helps show base pay and tips together. Tip-wage rules and employee eligibility vary by state.

Phone-Number Formatting

A clearer phone-number field.

The next pay-tablet release will format phone-number fields as you enter them. It’s a small change that makes the number easier for your team to read and double-check.

Remote Signup

Join from anywhere. Link the car on the first visit.

Most people don’t know their license plate by heart, so let them join from anywhere and link their car when they arrive for their first wash.

Customers receive a QR code by email, and an attendant links the membership to their vehicle on the first visit.

Adyen only. The membership must be linked to a vehicle before it can be used.
